Iyo Kasuri Weaving

Summary

Iyo-Kasuri is one of Japan’s three main traditional fabrics. One of the techniques used involves recycling by weaving old fabric into new. You can try your hand at making a small piece of this fabric. There are two looms available for use at one time.

You can also tour the fascinating Iyo Kasuri workshop.
